Discuss a local Health Check

Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs

For businesses across Thanet, the review takes place around your actual working environment: the devices staff use, the accounts they depend on and the processes that keep work moving. You can discuss concerns with the same person who carries out the agreed assessment and prepares the report.

Whether you have a small office, a shop or a team working from several places, explain how the business operates when you enquire so the scope reflects it.

Visits across Kent

Businesses elsewhere in Kent can also enquire about an on-site assessment or training session. Send your postcode, staff count and a short description of the systems or concerns you want to review.

Your quotation confirms travel arrangements, any travel charges, the assessment scope and the delivery timetable before you book. The registered office is for company correspondence and is not a customer-facing premises.

Practical questions

Can we visit your office?

No. The registered office is not open for client visits. Assessments and training take place at your premises or another suitable location agreed in advance.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Your IT provider can help with the system overview, evidence and authorised access. Let us know who manages your systems so responsibilities and availability can be agreed before the assessment.

What should we include in our enquiry?

Your location or postcode, approximate staff count, the service you are interested in and the concern you want to address. Please do not include passwords or sensitive security evidence.
